Originally from East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, Milton Koster began investing in Port St. Lucie in 1977 with the advice of his parents who would say “Invest in land, they’re not making any more of it”.

In 1985, Milt moved from PA to Florida to start his business Milton W. Koster Real Estate Investments, also now known as KosterLand. This business would specialize in offering undeveloped Port St. Lucie lots to ANYONE who was interested in owning a piece of the “American Dream” regardless of credit history by offering Easy Owner Financing with No Credit Checks and No Qualifying.

Milt has helped hundreds of people purchase their Homesite for building their future “Happy Home” or just as an investment knowing that it will always be there for them and their family. KosterLand has expanded to other communities and now offers property in Port St. Lucie, Palm Bay, Sebring – Spring Lake , Lake Placid – Leisure Lakes, Port LaBelle and Port Charlotte.
